About Asset Scan Invest

Asset Scan Invest was established in 2004. The Managing Director is Real Estate Consultant Jurjen Westra who runs his company with passion. After completing electrical and architecture & construction engineering training, he started out in the property sector in 1986 and was sworn in as estate agent in 1992. In 2019, the chair of the Business Section of sector organization NVM awarded him the Estate Agent Staff for his 25-year career.

Jurjen is a tolerant connector and an expert in matching supply and demand. He does so with an eye for detail in which he never loses sight of the human aspect. This invariably results in a pleasant and constructive cooperation based on long-term contact. Asset Scan Invest doesn't have a ‘hit & run’ mentality but offers persistent and careful assistance from start to finish.

The core business of Asset Scan Invest is to constructively set up and structure complex real estate transactions in close cooperation with all parties involved. The intended result is an optimal return and stabile cash flow.
